Also if the compression test is fine is it a good idea to do a leakdown. I know a leakdown isn't really that easy as it requires having some form of compressed air to do something similar to it. If anything I got a look of how the coil packs look like.

you're not looking for higher psi's if you're just doing a compression test. you just want even compression to show that the cylinders are all of comparable shape. which would translate to healthy cylinders.
